If you are living in a house or larger condo/apartment and don’t want to pay for a gym membership and the have space, putting together a home gym may make sense. Before I switched careers to real estate I worked full time in the Health & Fitness industry for many years while earning my degree from UT at Austin in Health Promotion & Fitness w/minor in Nutrition. Everything from personal training, group exercise, nutrition consulting, massage therapy, corporate wellness, selling fitness equipment to residential homes, selling fitness equipment to commercial environments like City Rec centers, police/fire depts, high rise condos, gyms, etc. Being able to help someone buy a piece of equipment that would meet their needs, budget and space limitations was a daily challenge that I really enjoyed. During the next several days I’ll give my insight based on my experience that will help you decide if investing in a home gym is worth it. More to follow…. #homegym #fitness
